Seats still available in TC Chamber’s Mini MBA Program
TRAVERSE CITY, MI ¬¬– There’s still a few slots open for a unique business education opportunity available through the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce – the new Mini MBA program developed with Ferris State University.
The Mini MBA is a management and executive development course designed to bolster participants’ business savvy, financial literacy, strategy formulation and implementation and critical thinking skills. The nine-month course will also include a business simulation competition, including instruction on business ethics, global economics, lean management, human resources, leadership and effective presentation and other subjects presented by six FSU professors.
Completion of the course is also worth 2.7 continuing education units (CEU) toward a graduate degree. It will be held once a month on Tuesday evenings starting Sept. 10 and continuing through April 2014. The registration deadline is Sept. 6 and sign-up is available by contacting the Chamber’s Andi Wagenschutz at (231) 995-7101 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
