A new survey has been released by the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce to gather feedback and input from its members, area business leaders and the public in its 5-county service area.
“The Chamber strives to provide programs, events and services that support the needs of our member businesses, their staff and leadership, and the community at large,” Chamber Executive Director Whitney Waara said. “We’re conducting the survey so our members and the community can help us better understand and meet those needs.”
The 20-question survey asks respondents about their businesses, locations and number of employees, issues and challenges facing their organizations, their participation in and reaction to Chamber programs and services, the Chamber’s communications efforts, other organizations they turn to for training and professional development, and related topics. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Entries that respond by February 16 will be entered in a drawing for a $50 Downtown Traverse City gift certificate or a free ad in a Chamber digital newsletter.
The survey is confidential and results will only be reported in aggregate form. Avenue ISR in Traverse City is assisting the Chamber with the research.
Anyone interested is invited to participate in the survey.
