The first floor of the building, which was formerly a bank, features up to 2,150 square feet of retail or office space available for rent to a long-term tenant
Tours of the space are conducted by appointment.
The corner of Cass St. and East Front St. is at the center of the National Cherry Festival and the Traverse City Film Festival – two weeks that bring an estimated 600,000 visitors to the area. Front Street was named one of America’s top 10 Great Streets in 2009 by the American Planning Association for its character and accommodations for cars, bicycles and pedestrians.
