Barbara Jordan Ellis – Center for Coaching & Leadership Development
Barbara has been providing executive coaching, management consulting and workshop facilitation to non-profit and for profit leaders and organizations for over 25 years. She has consulted with small business and Fortune 500 companies locally and nationwide.
Barbara has held leadership positions at Haworth Inc. and Old Kent Bank (now Fifth Third) where she helped provide oversight and assistance for major culture change and quality improvement efforts and for leadership, staff and organization development interventions. She has also held leadership positions at several non-profit organizations including board leadership.
Barbara founded Center for Coaching and Leadership Development in 1988 out of her strong personal desire to help individuals and organizations live and work in alignment with their mission, vision, values, strengths and passion. She uses her passion, experience, and skills to help guide, inspire and equip individuals and organizations.
