Dingeman Dancer PLC obtained a $5 million judgment for the wrongful death of Charles Cuykendall in Missaukee County, Michigan. Charles Cuykendall was killed at the home of Donald Staats. Staats shot Cuykendall in the head with a Dan Wesson .44 Caliber handgun, killing him instantly. Staats was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the criminal proceedings, prior to the $5 Million judgment that has now been entered in the civil proceedings against Staats.
