The Home Builders Association of the Grand Traverse Area, Inc. recently announced the winners of the 2013 Parade of Homes Awards. The 24th annual Parade, which wrapped up June 23rd featured 15 new homes this year. Homes are independently pre-judged by industry specialists in a number of areas including master suite, interior design and craftsmanship among others.
This year over 16,000 visitors attended the 7-day event. The prestigious People’s Choice award, voted on by Parade attendees went to Pathway Homes for homes with a fair market value of $145-$267K and $300-$375K, Millward Custom Homes won in the category of $470-$500K and Bay Area Contracting was the winner for homes valued in the $600-8$00k category.
